The Julian Head Bowl in the original Julianware colorway. A tiny handmade porcelain bowl that's perfect for a pinch of flaky salt, a few peppercorns, a dollop of mustard beside a charcuterie board, or whatever small detail deserves its own little dish. The Head Bowl is designed to pair with the Julian Tail Bowl to "complete the sardine," encouraging a natural two-piece purchase. It's also part of the broader Original colorway family, giving stockists a cohesive, collectible line to merchandise together. Original design, made entirely in-house. Every Julian Head Bowl begins as my original hand-sculpted design. I make the plaster mold using traditional techniques, then slip cast, hand-glaze, and hand-paint each piece in my Kingston, NY studio in the Hudson Valley.
